2019 Pathways to Wellness Conference

Tai Chi Class

A gentle form of exercise and a type of meditation, tai chi has been praised by many for strengthening flexibility, improving balance and promoting relaxation. Falun Dafa Meditation Class

Learn the meditation exercise of falun dafa to relieve stress, to get more energy and to feel healthier at this free course. Morning Stretch @4MRMarket

Get in a morning stretch before the new week begins at Four Mile Run Market. The yoga class will include an hour of stretching on the floor (or in a chair, if more preferable) on Four Mile Run’s open porch. If the weather is too cold, the class will be moved inside the red building to a heated room. 2Unstoppable’s Community Walk-n-Talk

The second annual Community Walk-n-Talk, held by 2Unstoppable, is being held in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Participants will meet at the red caboose in Vienna on the W&OD Trail and spend approximately 45 minutes walking. Sweaty Brunch
