There are many reasons why people can’t or don’t like going to the gym. Schedules are extremely busy, the gym environment can be intimidating and memberships are expensive. But if you’re determined to fit exercise into your daily plans, there are ways to do it right at home, for free. There are a number of workout regimens online that offer free videos in different disciplines. Here’s a sampling of some that are readily available with just the click of the play button.

The YouTube channel also offers some general health videos.
