Now you can get a taste of Peru without leaving Northern Virginia.
Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, which offers new twists on Peruvian classics, opened its newest outpost Monday in Reston Town Center.
On its website, it boasts open kitchen views, a lively atmosphere, and seasonal menus.
Pulled pork tostones, lomo saltado, a variety of ceviches (of course), and cocktails are among the eatery’s signature menu items.
There are also sushi options on the dinner menu for Northern Virginians who need to satisfy that craving.
Happy hour (or hora loca) runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day, during which all beers are $3 off.
You can rent space for private events as well.
The gastrobar says its chefs head to Peru every year to stay on top of culinary trends while also looking for inspiration.
The new Reston location joins a growing list that includes DC and two (soon to be three) locations in Florida.
