This truck serves specialty sandwiches with names like Divine Bovine, which is roast beef, gorgonzola and watercress on whole wheat, and Farmer’s Daughter, with chicken, smoked gouda and arugula. Owner Stephen Hambleton and his brother, David, also sell potato salad, peanut butter flourless cookies and homemade kombucha. Sources include organic chicken from family-run Hambleton Farm in Warrenton as well as fresh bread from Moving Meadows Farm Bakery and Firehook Bakery. / The Farm Effect

Previous service director for Restaurant Eve and sommelier at J&G Steakhouse, Guy Golan now owns and operates Quick Wraps, a new farm-to-table food truck. Jeremy Thrasher and Tarek Kipry, former chefs at The Wine House, opened a food truck devoted to curing, smoking and pickling. Expect locally sourced chicken and pork from Whiffletree Farm and produce from Great Country Farms. Signature picks include crispy chicken confit—cured for 24 hours and fried to order—and a roasted pork loin sandwich with a sesame potato roll and apple slaw. / Cured
