Taste: When I spot gorgonzola on a menu, it jumps off the page shouting ORDER ME. So I listen.
The real star of this cheese ravioli, however, is the pistachio. The crunch of this nut, coupled with the coalescence of gorgonzola cream and sage, makes for a blend you’ll be lapping up with your bread at the end. If you’re anything like me, you may even be lapping it up on the way home, with a spoon, since you bought an extra portion to go.
