Don Lencho of Manassas launches a new brunch menu in time for Easter Sunday (11 a.m.-3 p.m.). Guests can enjoy enfrijoladas (egg enchiladas topped with a black bean sauce), chilaquiles con carne (corn tortillas with sunny side up eggs and grilled skirt steak) and hangover curing cocktails like the Bloody Maria Michelada made with light beer, tomato juice, orange juice, lime, celery bitters, habanero, salt and pepper. America Eats Tavern offers an all-you-can-eat Easter brunch for $45/person 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Stations for fresh seafood, jambalaya, ham carving and biscuits will be available. [FB]
