This year the Warrenton parade is being flipped. Participating floats will be lined up down Main Street and guests can drive by to take a look at this year’s display. This allows for proper spacing and no direct contact with the public. // Main Street, Warrenton; free

Saturday, noon-1 p.m.
Add a twist to family pizza night by having your little ones make it themselves. The hands-on workshop will teach participants how to create the perfect pizza from scratch, including rolling and kneading dough. Saturday, 4-5 p.m.
Get in some holiday cheer with festive tunes on the couch. Join “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band and local singers as they lead a sing-a-long to spread the merriment this season. Grab some hot chocolate and belt out your family’s favorites from home. // free

Take in the Christmas lights this weekend at Gateway. This drive-through experience will feature, lights, music and activities from the comfort (and warmth) of your car. Sunday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Stay in your pjs for a breakfast out at Henway Hard Cider. This all-day event will feature all-you-can-eat pancakes, a variety of toppings and extra add-ons, like bacon, mixed fruit and yogurt parfaits.
