The time change occurs at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 5.
The end of daylight saving time and return to standard time gives you an extra hour of sleep.
The move happens in most of the U.S., except Arizona and Hawaii.
Daylight saving time, where you “spring forward,” is set to return on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
