If you find yourself at Capital One Arena regularly for Washington Capitals and Wizards games, concerts, or other events, you may want to sign up for Signature Club & Lounge, the venue’s new members-only club. There’s one catch — one membership costs $52,000.
Debuting this season, the Signature Club & Lounge is a curated culinary experience provided by the José Andrés Group. At nearly 5,000 square feet, the interior club will host the largest seated bar in the arena, while across the concourse the mega-suite-turned-private-viewing-lounge will provide spectacular views of the action.

“We invite fans to become members of this exclusive club to enjoy a true VIP experience with first-class amenities for games, concerts and events,” said Jim Van Stone, president of business operations and chief commercial officer at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, which owns the teams. “We are excited to offer another high-value, high-quality experience for fans to enjoy time with family, friends, and colleagues and we expect it will drive businesses in search of a go-to destination in downtown DC to entertain clients.”

So what will that $52,000 membership get you? It consists of a three-year commitment – which divides the cost to $15,000 during year one, $18,000 for year two, and $19,000 for year three. During the first year, members will receive two lower-level tickets to 15 Capitals games and 15 Wizards games. The number of tickets climbs to 20 for each team during the second and third year. Tickets will be located in sections 100, 111, 112, or 121.
In addition to the tickets, Signature Club members will have early entry and exclusive access to the club and lounge during Capitals and Wizards games, with doors opening 75 minutes before the event and closing one hour after it. They’ll have presale priority to all of the concerts and events held at Capital One Arena. Other benefits include pre-ordering merchandise from the team store and in-seat delivery, playoff priority access, invitations to exclusive VIP events, team alumni, and ambassador visits during games.
Memberships start on December 1 and will be limited to maintain “an exceptionally high-quality experience for guests.”
