Category 3 Hurricane Matthew landed in Florida with roughly 120-mph winds, rain and power outages. Many places in the state and along the East Coast have been evacuated, and President Obama declared a state of emergency in Georgia. The hurricane is expected to to cause rain showers in D.C. Friday evening and Saturday.
