You don’t have to be caressed by Caribbean breezes to escape to a tropical paradise! Bacardi’s newest flavor—Bacardi Peach Red—brings a little Puerto Rican inspiration to this fruity twist on the ever-popular mojito:

2 ounces Bacardi Peach Red rum
1 ounce peach nectar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lime, cut into chunks
7-8 torn mint leaves
Soda water

Muddle peach nectar, sugar, lime chunks and mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass. Add ice, Bacardi Peach, and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
