Absinthe Returns
After 95 years of banishment, wormwood is back on the hipster scene and making its way around the country via Lucid (www.drinklucid.com). Developed in France by renowned absinthe historian and distiller Ted Breaux, Lucid contains no artificial chemicals or flavoring. Use this licorice-flavored “fairy” spirit of the glamorous 1920s in your cocktails to inspire a certain “je ne sais quoi.” |
